The Vision
1: Get a stream of interesting and delicious condiments into people’s fridges so that they can eat simpler and reduce waste.
2: Amass a crew, start having more fun. Host events, tastings, competitions and recruit chefs to create bespoke runs of condiments.
3: Take it back to the farm level. Network with growers around Australia. Find surplus produce to rescue, preserve and enjoy.
