Our range of sourdough bread is made using certified organic flour and baked on a stone hearth. Our bakers are fastidious about their craft and the philosophy that great bread that’s good for you should be made using only flour, water and salt. No additives. No improvers. No stabilizers. At our place, what you see is truly what you get.

And whilst a true passion for giving you the most authentically baked bread brought us here and drives us every day, the same integrity goes into everything we make – from our roasted chicken sandwiches to our buttery croissants and famous doughnuts … which seem to have put us on the map thanks to flavours like salted caramel and creme brulee.
